**Rules & Regulations**
All patrons must be over the age of 18. State issued photo identification is required. By entering RSBC patrons are bound by the Rules and Regulations of RSBC. RSBC reserves the right to deny admission for any reason. RSBC reserves the right to expel any individual for any reason. RSBC reserves the right to search any gym bag, carry-all or person. No person is allowed to enter RSBC if their reason is to discredit the establishment. No person is permitted admittance as a government employee unless he identifies himself as such and management agrees to allow entrance. No person shall make false allegations or create confusion by any means whatever as to discredit or slander any other person. When a Patron is in a room with another person, the door must be closed. Public sexual contact will not be tolerated. Unlawful discrimination or harassment will not be tolerated. No prostitution, solicitation, pandering, or loitering is allowed. Patrons are to wear clothes or towels at all times. No nudity allowed except in designated areas. No smoking allowed except in designated areas. RSBC has never tolerated the use or sale of illegal drugs on the property. No undercover activities, video, camera or sound recording devices are permitted on the property. DISCLAIMER: Patron agrees that the use of the facility will be at the patron's own risk. Patron waives all claims for injury to patron or for damage, loss or theft of member's property arising out of connection with the use of facility, including parking areas. Patron assumes all liability in the event he is injured or sustains any loss. RSBC shall not be liable for any injuries sustained during the use of any exercise or weight training equipment. Patron agrees that RSBC is not responsible for any liability resulting from any act or omission by RSBC, its staff or fellow patrons.
